Description of Goods

Burnberry Trading cc t/a DNA Health is a business in the Small Kitchen Appliance industry that markets healthy and environmentally friendly small appliances and accessories such as centrifugal juicers, cold press juicers, blenders, mixers, food sterilisers and dehydrators.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 -2 days and delivery confirmed via email.

Unpaid items
All goods will remain the property of Burnberry Trading cc t/a DNA Health until paid in full. Any goods that have not been fully paid for within 30 days of the invoice will be sold to defray expenses and no further claims may be made on DNA Health, after this date.

Warranty
Burnberry Trading cc does not make any claim on any product they sell further other than what the manufacturer states. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any item. Burnberry Trading cc does not sell or accept used merchandise; all mechanical problems fall under the manufacturers warranty.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Burnberry Trading cc is subject to availability. Products are held in stock in JHB and ‘out of stock’ products are indicated on the website. In cases of unavailability, Burnberry Trading cc will refund the client in full within 1-2 working days.
Burnberry Trading cc offers a 7 day money back guarantee provided that the goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to no fault of the customer, the item will be repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Any damage or defective products must be reported to Burnberry Trading cc by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
All warranties are between the customer and the manufacturer. Burnberry Trading cc does not imply any other warranty or guarantee on the products.

Customer Privacy Policy
Burnberry Trading cc will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express, Mobicred credit cards or by bank transfer or direct deposit into the Burnberry Trading cc bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Burnberry Trading cc by Payfast who are the approved payment gateway for Burnberry Trading cc. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers – SSL – encrypted. The company registration documents and the sites registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate Payfast to obtain confidential information.

Payfast is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Payfast Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Burnberry Trading cc does not have access to credit card details.
Payfast continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Burnberry Trading cc separately from card details which are entered by the client on Burnberry Trading cc secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Burnberry Trading cc takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Burnberry Trading cc chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 349 Roan Crescent, Corporate Park North, Midrand, 1684, South Africa.

Variation
Burnberry Trading cc may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

This website is run by Burnberry Trading, a close corporation based in South Africa trading as Burnberry Trading cc and with registration number 2006/2317843/23 represented by the owner, Gunter Berger.

Export Restriction
The offering on this website is available to South Africa and selected International clients only.
