Repair Fees & Conditions
Conditions of Return/Repair
- Assessment Fee: R 195 payable upfront. This fee is waived if the product fault is genuine and the product is still under warranty.
- Cleaning Fee: R 195 if the product is returned in an unclean condition. This does not apply if the fault prevents cleaning (e.g., a stuck juicer lid).
- Courier Charges: All collection and delivery costs are the responsibility of the client.

Important Notes:
- Repair costs do not include the price of spare parts. These will be quoted separately.
- We reserve the right not to proceed with repairs if all required information on the form has not been provided.
