    Repair Fees & Conditions

    Conditions of Return/Repair

    • Assessment Fee: R 195 payable upfront. This fee is waived if the product fault is genuine and the product is still under warranty.
    • Cleaning Fee: R 195 if the product is returned in an unclean condition. This does not apply if the fault prevents cleaning (e.g., a stuck juicer lid).
    • Courier Charges: All collection and delivery costs are the responsibility of the client.
