DNA Water Cooler – Hot & Cold Filtered Water Dispenser

Enjoy filtered water at the temperature you want with the DNA Water Cooler. This compact countertop appliance provides hot, cold and ambient water with no plumbing required.

Choose from six hot water settings from 45°C to 100°C, adjustable cold water from 3°C to 15°C, and preset dispensing volumes of 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml or continuous flow.

The included 5-step universal filter helps reduce chlorine and limescale while improving taste and odour. A built-in UV light, child lock, filter replacement reminder and descaling reminder add extra convenience.

With a 3.8L external tank, 1L internal cold water tank and 4.8L total capacity, the DNA Water Cooler is ideal for convenient everyday use.

Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning and descaling will help keep your DNA Water Cooler operating efficiently.

General Cleaning

  • Always switch off and unplug the Water Cooler before cleaning.
  • Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or metal or wooden cleaning tools.
  • Empty and clean the removable drip tray regularly.

Descaling

The Water Cooler will display a descaling reminder after approximately 10 cumulative hours of use.

  1. Press and hold the Volume button for 3 seconds to enter descaling mode.
  2. Add citric acid or vinegar to the water tank.
  3. Fill the water tank to the MAX level.
  4. Dispense all the water until the tank is empty.
  5. The descaling indicator will switch off once the process is complete.
  6. For heavy scale build-up, repeat the process two or three times if required.

Drainage

After cleaning, remove the drain plug to release any remaining wastewater. Refit and securely tighten the drainage stopper before using the appliance again.

Before First Use

  1. Unplug the appliance and ensure it is cool.
  2. Wipe the water tank with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft, dry cloth.
  3. Fill the tank with clean water.
  4. Dispense all the water to rinse the appliance.
  5. Refill with clean water before normal use.

Warranty Information

The DNA Water Cooler is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to normal household use and use in accordance with the instruction manual.

  • Wear-and-Tear Parts: 1 Year
  • Consumable Items: Water filters are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Incorrect installation
  • Neglect
  • Unauthorised repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
