How long do the filters last?
There is a filter lifespan indicator built in the DNA Water Purifier and tells you when it is time to replace your filter.
Please see below Life span of each Filter:
- T1 – PP Cotton Cartridge: 6 – 9 months
- T2 – Pre Activated Carbon Cartridge: 6 – 9 months
- T3 – Reverse Osmosis Cartridge: 12 – 18 months
- T4 – Post Activated Carbon Cartridge: 12 – 18 months

Does the DNA Water Purifier have any kind of safety features?
Yes, it comes with a child lock button and will not dispense water over 40°C. To activate this feature, rapidly touch the lock button three times.
Can the DNA Water Purifier filter lake water or well water?
DNA Water Purifier is designed to filter municipal water. Although the RO membrane will filter out micro-organisms and pathogens, it is not recommended for lake, stream or well water.
How much water does the DNA Water Purifier hold?
There is 2 tanks, a 2 liter internal water tank which holds the purified water and a 3 liter external tank which holds the tap water.
How quickly does the DNA Water Purifier works?
The very first use the DNA Water Purifier, purifies water in 12 to 15 minutes. Thereafter if you keep the external tank full it will purify the water as you use it.
