Roast Chicken

Nothing tastes better than a Sunday lunch with home-made Roast Chicken. On the plus-side, there is way less fat relative to traditiaonal ovens, when using the DNA Airfryer Oven.

Ingredients: • 1 x grass-fed whole Chicken • 2 x Tablespoons Avocaod Oil • ½ x Tablespoon Garlic Powder • ½ x Tablespoon Paprika Powder • ½ x Tablespoon dried basil • ½ x Tablespoon dried oregano • ½ x Tablespoon dried Thyme
Preparation:
  • • Remove all stuffing from Chicken cavity
  • • Preheat Airfryer Oven to 200 degrees C
Directions:
  • • Combine all of the seasoning with the oil to make a paste and spread it all over the chicken.
  • • Place the chicken into the Airfryer Oven and cook for 50-60 minutes depending on size.
